Account notifications confirm enrollment, deliver requested task reminders, acknowledge maintenance requests, and provide status updates. Marketing texts share preventive maintenance content, home repair ideas, seasonal upkeep resources, featured maintenance topics, and homeowner tools. Each category needs its own consent. Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes contractors, service providers, lead aggregators, and third-party marketers. If Maintainry ever offers a courtesy introduction to an independent provider, any sharing for that specific introduction would require your separate, explicit consent and is never part of SMS opt-in.
