Maintainry SMS Program

Program description

The Maintainry SMS Program is an optional home services text program. Marketing texts share preventive maintenance content, home repair ideas, seasonal upkeep resources, featured maintenance topics, and homeowner tools. Account notifications confirm enrollment, deliver requested task reminders, acknowledge maintenance requests, and provide status updates. Maintainry is not a contractor or service provider.

Message categories

• Account notification texts: Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing texts: Up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You join by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and providing a mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

First message

Your first text identifies Maintainry, confirms the program you selected and its frequency, and states: Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Message frequency

Account notifications vary based on your requests. Marketing texts are up to 4 messages per month.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages for that program unless you opt in again.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
